Okay, here's what I am going to do with this blog: I am going to post at least one healthy tips each week on this blog. After one year, there will be at least 52 healthy tips on this blog, 104 on the 2nd years, and so on. By doing this, I will be able to keep myself reminded with all the healthy tips that I should be practicing, and it will become a useful resource for whoever seeking healthy tips and landed on this blog. ;-)
Let's get started. Healthy Tips #1:
Exercise! Everybody knows that exercise is the key to build a healthy body, but not everyone is able to commit with regular exercise. Most of us are too busy or lazy to take little time for exercise daily. If that's the case, make it a practice to at least find some ways to move your body as much as you could. When you have a choice between walking or taking transport, choose to walk; when you have the choice to choose between stairs and elevator, take the stairs. The idea is to let your body move as much as it can. All the little events in your daily life can can be the fitness tool for exercising: walking, climbing stairs, walking your dog, playing with your kids, doing house chores, etc.
So if you do not have time for exercise, at least move your body as much as possible! It's not only good for physical health, but also a great way for releasing stress!
